Annual Inspection Rates

Experimental aircraft condition inspections and glider annuals start at $600. Repairs and additional service are billed at $80/hour.
What's included in every inspection
Note: Set inspection rates cover labor only and include oil change, wheel bearing replacement, AD research, and the inspection itself. Prices do not include parts, oil, filters, O-rings, AD compliance labor, or repair labor. Any additional work is quoted and approved by the owner before proceeding.

Pre-Purchase Evaluations
A good pre-purchase will tell you exactly what you are getting into and may give you leverage in negotiating a better price. A proper pre-purchase is the only way to ensure the airworthiness of an aircraft and to ensure that there are not any underlying maintenance issues.
Pre-purchase inspection prices are 75% of the listed Annual Inspection fee.
If you purchase the aircraft within 10 days of the completed pre-purchase evaluation, we will finish the inspection as an Annual for the remaining 25% of the Annual Inspection fee, plus parts and airworthy items.
Our prices are based on the hours it actually takes to perform an inspection on the listed aircraft.
